The room service was good. I especially liked the tea and coffees. The hotel receptionist was polite and gave clear explanations. The hotel was renovated well and felt clean (i liked the interior design).
I did not like the sizing and quality of the room for the price I paid. Our room faced the back, overlooking storage areas. The bathroom had a shower with a plastic curtain. There was not even furniture around the sink to hold toiletries.

The breakfast included fresh juice options. It was good. i also enjoyed the poached apricots i added to my muesli. The rooftop heated pool provided a superb city view. I found the staff very helpful .
I found there was no menu available in the room when i wanted to order room service, it was difficult. i had to order from outside.

The staff was mostly helpful, BUT when I tried to use the advertised room service, it was a complete failure. There was no menu in the room, no QR code, and no phone to call anyone. I went down to the reception area only to find it completely empty. I waited, and waited, and waited, but there was no way to signal for assistance or order anything. I gave up and had to order food from elsewhere. IT'S misleading to advertise room service when it isn't actually available!

i found the hotel very accessible to many attractions. the hotel room was nicely renovated and looked modern. the staff service was excellent and i was always greeted by smiles. the breakfast offered customization of fruit juice with various fruits available.

this hotel got a really good location. breakfast had good options. the gym offered a good selection of equipments, i found treadmills and weights. the room include great amenities, .
the front desk stuff was very slow, it took a while to check in. it reminded me of they were understaffed, and that created a little inconvenience to start my stay.
